Lombard has been involved with the guarantees, as required by the Further Education and Training Colleges Act 2006 (Act No.16 of 2006) and the Regulations for the Registration of Private Further Education and Training Institutions, since inception.  We maintain close ties with the Department in order to understand their needs and explain the idiosyncrasies of each institution.
