With effect from November 2007, Lombard Insurance Company Ltd acquired a 30% equity stake in the underwriter and an underwriting facility as from 1 March 2008.

In 2008 Leppard Underwriting acquired Professional Indemnity Mutual
Solutions (Pty) Ltd “PIMS”, who brought with it additional capacity

Insurance.
