Proposed sale by Lombard Insurance Company of Lombard Broker Partners to Hollard Insurance Company

Lombard and Hollard are lodging a formal application with the Prudential Authority to seek their approval to transfer certain policies that are currently underwritten by Lombard Broker Partner (division in Lombard) to Hollard.

Your policy terms and benefits will remain unchanged for one year after the transfer or until your policy’s renewal date, whichever comes first, with Hollard as the new underwriter. Your premiums will remain the same until your policy’s renewal date. However, routine updates or endorsements may still impact your premiums during this period.

Please be assured that any changes to premiums, terms, or conditions at renewal will be communicated to you in advance.

Copies of the documents relating to the proposed transfer, as specified by the Authorities, will be available for inspection for a period from 9 June 2025 until 24 June 2025. You can view the documentation online, or at the following offices:

Lombard and Hollard will lodge their final submission with the Prudential Authority on 28 July 2025.  If, during the inspection period, you would like to file an objection or have any comments regarding the transfer, you will need to do so before or until 24 June 2025.
